Support requests
Use this form for activation resets, purchase lookup, permission problems, bugs, and basic help with the built-in configuration editor.

Include the Komand! version, macOS version, what you tried, what happened, and any exact error text shown by the app.
For activation reset requests, include the purchase contact and the last four characters of the license key when available. Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, or unrelated personal files.
Scope
Support covers license activation, validation, activation resets, supported app releases, macOS permissions required by Komand!, and the built-in configuration editor.
Komand! requires macOS 14.6 or later. Standard support covers macOS releases that still receive Apple security updates, with the latest available point update installed.
Custom scripts, third-party app automation, general macOS administration, recovery from customer-configured destructive commands, and unsupported, unpatched, beta, modified, or end-of-life macOS versions are outside standard support.
