Komand! refunds
Refund policy
Refund requests for Komand! are handled through the support request flow. Lemon Squeezy may process approved refunds for purchases made through its checkout.
Refund window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country or region.
For refund compatibility review, a supported macOS version means macOS 14.6 or later on a macOS release that still receives Apple security updates, with the latest available point update installed.
Usually eligible
- Accidental or duplicate purchases within the refund window.
- License delivery or activation problems that support cannot resolve.
- Material incompatibility with a supported macOS version that cannot be resolved.
- Incorrect charges or refunds required by applicable law.
May be denied
- Requests outside the refund window where no mandatory legal right applies.
- Unsupported macOS versions, unsupported hardware, or local configuration outside Komand!'s control.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or license-sharing related requests.
Request a refund
Include the purchase contact, Lemon Squeezy receipt or order information, the last four characters of the license key when available, and the reason for the refund request.
